We are looking for an energetic and experienced Telecaller with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, handling inquiries, and maintaining robust customer relationships to drive growth. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services. ​Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers promptly. ​Maintain detailed records of call status, customer responses, and lead details in Excel/CRM. ​Follow up regularly with potential leads to assist them in decision-making. ​Meet daily and monthly target calls and conversion metrics. ​Key Requirements &

Qualifications: ​Experience: Minimum 12 months to 5 year of proven experience in Telecalling, BPO, or Inside Sales. ​Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English with solid convincing and active listening skills. ​Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. ​Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software. ​Attributes: Target-driven, polite, skilled, and persuasive personality.
