Prego Voyages is a growing travel company specializing in Cruise Holidays, International Tour Packages, and Customized Travel Solutions. We are looking for energetic and dedicated candidates to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads via Calls, WhatsApp & Website enquiries
Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Prepare travel quotations and holiday packages
Handle cruise, hotel, and tour reservations
Provide backend reservation and operational support
Coordinate with suppliers, cruise lines, hotels & airlines
Update travel packages on the company website
Maintain customer database and booking records
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam & English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel,
Email handling)
Customer handling and sales skills preferred
Experience in travel industry is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma
Travel & Tourism background preferred
