Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Explain the company's immigration and visa services.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build solid client relationships.
Requirements
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Positive command of Hindi, Panjabi and basic English.
Positive attitude, confidence, and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling or the immigration industry will be an added advantage.
