A Telecaller is responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote courses and services, gather leads, and provide customer support.

Key responsibilities include
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain courses, fees, and program perks to potential candidates.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Follow up regularly with interested students.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student information in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Valuable time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
