Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding study, work permit, visitor, and PR visa options.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
Guide clients through the visa application process and required documentation.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely processing of applications.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and counselling targets.
Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and visa regulations.

Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Visa Counsellor or Immigration Consultant.
Experience handling Work Permit and Permanent Residency (PR)

Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
