Role Description The Visa Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The person in this role will guide clients through visa application processes, including assessing eligibility, advising on required documentation, completing application forms, and tracking application status. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients on immigration and visa requirements, staying updated on regulations and policy changes, and coordinating with embassies, consulates, and other authorities as needed.

Consultant will also maintain accurate records, handle client inquiries,



and provide clear, timely communication to ensure a smooth application experience. Collaboration with internal travel and operations teams to align visa services with clients’ travel plans is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in visas, immigration, and immigration issues, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.

Experience in consulting and advisory services related to visa and immigration processes.

Excellent communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with clients and authorities.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

Proficiency with standard office software and digital tools used for documentation and tracking applications.

Prior experience in travel, tourism, or immigration consulting is preferred.

Relevant educational background in international relations, law, travel and tourism, or a related field is beneficial.

Ability to work in office in Kochi and maintain a client-focused, skilled demeanor.
