Experience: 2–5 Years (Technical Training – Mobile/Electronics, Voice LOB Mandatory)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
CTC- 45-50K Monthly
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical training on mobile products, troubleshooting, CRM, internal tools, and recent product launches (NPI).
Identify training needs (TNI), create training modules, and conduct refresher sessions and one-on-one coaching.
Analyze CSAT, NPS, VOC, Quality reports, and Top Call Drivers (TCD) to improve performance.
Develop training content (PPTs, SOPs, Knowledge Base) and measure training effectiveness.
Support floor operations, mentor employees, and collaborate with SMEs to enhance product and process knowledge.
