We're looking for a driven sales executive to join our HR Tech SaaS sales team. You'll own the full sales cycle for small-to-mid-market clients—from prospecting to closing—helping HR and business leaders adopt our platform for end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries.

Conduct product demos tailored to HR pain points.

Manage the sales pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho) and maintain accurate forecasts.

Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff

Stay current on HR tech trends and competitor offerings to sharpen positioning.

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and activity targets.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B tech sales, or HR tech sales

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas





Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Comfortable with consultative/solution selling (not just transactional)

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms

Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory with relevant experience)

Based in or willing to work from Greater Noida

Nice to Have

Prior experience selling to HR/People teams or in the HRMS/HCM space

Understanding of the Indian SME/mid-market business landscape

Experience with cold outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
