Role Description This full time, on-site Travel Coordinator role is based in Hyderabad.

The Travel

Coordinator will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodation, and activities for individual and group travelers. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their preferences, preparing itineraries, providing travel advice, and ensuring all bookings are accurate and timely.

The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to support leisure, corporate, group, and adventure travel programs while promoting sustainable and responsible travel options.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Coordination and Travel Arrangements to manage bookings, itineraries, and logistics efficiently.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with travelers and partners in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.

Candidates should possess abilities in Travel Management to oversee multiple trips, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality environment is beneficial.

Knowledge of travel booking tools, reservation systems, and basic international travel regulations is an advantage.

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting are preferred.

Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is desirable.
