Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender & Bidding Executive with practical knowledge of E-Tendering, GeM Portal and online tender submission. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable tenders, preparing bid documents, submitting tenders online and managing the complete bidding process.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant Government and private tenders.
Handle E-Tendering and GeM Portal activities.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions.
Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
Complete online tender submission within deadlines.
Handle BOQ, EMD, tender fees and required documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for required certificates, documents and quotations.
Monitor tender status, corrigendum, deadlines and results.
Maintain proper records of submitted and upcoming tenders.
Prepare tender-related reports and maintain documentation.
Follow up on tender results and further requirements.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of bids.
Handle multiple tenders simultaneously and meet submission deadlines.

Required Skills




Practical experience in Tendering / Bidding / E-Tendering.
Good knowledge of GeM Portal and online tender portals.
Knowledge of tender documentation and bid submission process.
Understanding of Technical Bid, Financial Bid, BOQ and EMD.
Valuable MS Excel and MS Office skills.
Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work within strict tender deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of relevant experience in Tender, Bidding or E-Tendering.
Candidates who have independently handled tender submissions will be preferred.
Experience with GeM, CPPP and other Government E-Tendering portals will be an advantage.
Candidates should be willing to work from our Alipur, Delhi office.
