Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive Location: Lalru, Punjab Job ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers and explain our financial products & services. Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns. Assist clients in opening Demat & Trading Accounts.

Guide customers through the KYC and account activation process. Maintain daily call records and update CRM. Resolve basic customer queries over phone and WhatsApp. Coordinate with the Relationship Manager for successful client onboarding.

Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Positive communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet & WhatsApp). Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.

Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Banking, Insurance or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
