Job Overview

We are seeking agile and result-driven Visa Counselors to join our growing immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through visa processes, converting inquiries into successful cases, and delivering high-quality consultation services.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding study visas, tourist visas, and work permits
Assess client profiles and provide suitable immigration options
Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) and convert them into sales
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress
Coordinate with documentation and processing teams
Stay updated with immigration policies and procedures for various countries
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements




Minimum 1.5 year of experience in immigration or visa counseling (preferred)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals
Basic knowledge of visa processes (Canada, Australia, UK, etc. preferred)
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
12th grade minimum
