Position: Executive – Warehouse

Department: Warehouse

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma
Experience in Pharmaceutical / API Industry

Key Responsibilities
Receive, store, and issue raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
Ensure proper material handling and storage as per GMP guidelines.
Perform material inward and outward activities.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Procurement teams.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Prepare and update warehouse documentation and reports.
Support stock verification and internal/external audits.

Skills Required
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Basic understanding of GMP and documentation.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with ERP/SAP is an added advantage.
