Key Responsibilities:

Location: Manjari location
Manage the front desk operations including welcoming clients, visitors, and walk-ins.
Handle customer queries, site visit coordination, and appointment scheduling.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Maintain visitor records, call logs, and appointment schedules.
Provide accurate information about the project, facilities, and offerings to prospective customers.
Support the CRM team in organizing customer visits, events, and documentation.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and basic correspondence.
Maintain cleanliness and professional ambience at the reception/front desk area.
Ensure high standards of hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills verbal and written (English, Marathi & Hindi mandatory; knowledge of local language preferred).




Robust customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Pleasant personality with a qualified attitude.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer service orientation.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 06 months 3 years of experience in customer service/front office/guest relations (real estate/hospitality preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
