Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all warehouse operations in an Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements (USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, WHO GMP, PIC/S). The role includes inventory management, material receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, dispatch, documentation, and team management while maintaining data integrity and inventory accuracy. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (Short)

Manage receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, and dispatch of pharmaceutical materials.

Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements (USFDA, EU GMP, WHO GMP).

Maintain inventory accuracy through SAP/ERP and regular stock verification.

Ensure timely availability of materials for production as per planning.

Supervise warehouse documentation, material traceability, and data integrity.

Monitor FEFO/FIFO practices and storage conditions.





Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

Lead and develop the warehouse team while ensuring GMP and safety compliance.

Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.E. / MBA (Supply Chain preferred)

Certification in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain is an added advantage.

Experience

10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations.

Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.

Experience in USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, WHO GMP approved OSD manufacturing facilities.

Hands-on experience with ERP warehouse management systems.
