Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage inventory of Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods, and Finished Goods.
Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely availability of materials for production.
Handle local purchases as per company requirements.
Prepare and maintain purchase invoices and other warehouse-related documentation.
Conduct regular stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain proper records of inward and outward material movements.
Prepare and submit daily stock reports to management.
Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments for smooth warehouse operations.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials.
Identify stock shortages or excess inventory and report them promptly.
Follow company safety standards and warehouse best practices.
