We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our two warehouse facilities in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse staff, implementing operational improvements, and providing detailed operational reports to the management on a daily and weekly basis.

The candidate should possess solid leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and prior experience managing warehouse teams in a product-based organization.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete operations of both warehouse facilities.
Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure productive workflow and productivity.
Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods while maintaining proper documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management,



highlighting warehouse performance, stock status, pending issues, and improvement opportunities.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, inventory variance, and team productivity.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Experience in managing multiple warehouse facilities will be an added advantage.

Valuable communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 – 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
