Role & responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for an international telecom client.
Promote and sell telecom products, plans, upgrades, and value-added services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions.
Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Address customer concerns and resolve queries effectively.
Accurately update customer interactions and sales information in company systems.
Adhere to client and company quality standards and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of Telecom Process experience is mandatory.
Telecom sales experience is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Robust sales aptitude and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
Basic computer proficiency.
