About You

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

Education & Safety Expectations:
ITI in Mechanical / EE / EEE / E&C.; Follow all KC safety rules and guidelines, ensure own and others’ safety, conduct periodic safety observations, report near misses, unsafe acts and abnormal conditions promptly, and comply with risk assessments, SOPs, LOTO, work permits, emergency response plans, safety targets, PCS, and all safety compliances.
Quality, GMP & Customer Focus:
Adhere to personal hygiene, workplace hygiene, GMP, KC quality guidelines, and QMS standards. Maintain a quality‑focused mindset, ensure actions align with customer and consumer expectations, and contribute individually to delivering high‑quality products to the market.
