We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Recruiter Freshers to join our recruitment team. Candidates with a solid interest in HR and Recruitment are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to selected candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Conduct candidate calls and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate records.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers with a solid interest in HR and Recruitment.
Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
No prior recruitment experience required – Training will be provided.
