Role & responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements related to Project Management and Time & Labor processes.
Configure Oracle Fusion Projects and Time & Labor modules based on business needs.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
Design and document functional solutions and business processes.
Configure project templates, project cost structures, billing controls, and labor costing rules.
Configure time entry layouts, approval workflows, time processing rules, and labor costing.
Support integrations between Projects, HCM, Payroll, Financials, and third-party systems.
Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), setup documents, and training materials.
Provide support during go-live and hypercare phases.
Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and data conversion activities.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
Minimum 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects implementation/support experience.
Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor configuration.
Experience in at least one or more end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
Experience in business process mapping and solution design.
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
