Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility
Excellent written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and valuable typing speed.
Robust problem-solving and customer service skills.
Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
