Role Description This is a full-time Volunteer role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home alongside in office collaboration. Day-to-day tasks include gathering property and construction news, tracking development updates from Auckland, and compiling relevant statistics and trends.

The role involves drafting short reports or summaries, assisting with basic content formatting, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely publication of updates.



The Volunteer will help maintain information accuracy, support simple research tasks, and participate in occasional meetings or field visits in Mumbai as needed.

Qualifications
Ability to research and summarize property, development, and construction-related information clearly and accurately.
Basic skills in written communication and content formatting suitable for online or newsletter-style publication.
Comfort working with simple data, statistics, and trends, including organizing information in spreadsheets or documents.
Solid organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Interest in real estate, urban development, or construction sectors; prior exposure or related studies are an advantage.
Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, online meeting platforms).
