Roles and Responsibilities 01
Commissioning Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed mechanical commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures for the storage tank project.
Coordinate mechanical commissioning activities from pre-commissioning to final handover.
Supervise and manage the mechanical commissioning team, ensuring effective and timely execution of work.
System Testing & Troubleshooting:
Oversee the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems (e.g., tanks, pipelines, pumps, valves, pressure vessels, etc.).
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards while troubleshooting any mechanical issues.
Collaborate with engineers and vendors to resolve any system-related issues during commissioning.

Quality & Safety Compliance:
Ensure commissioning activities adhere to the highest quality standards and project specifications.
Implement and enforce safety procedures to meet both site-specific and regulatory safety standards.
Perform safety audits and inspections to maintain a protected working workplace.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless integration of commissioning activities.
Ensure that all mechanical systems are properly documented, and reports are submitted in a timely manner.

Interact with clients and stakeholders during the commissioning phase, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
