Role Description The Web Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division. This role involves designing and maintaining visually engaging, user-friendly websites that support the company’s storytelling and technical visualization projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating responsive layouts, crafting intuitive user interfaces, collaborating with graphic designers and engineers to align visuals with project objectives, and implementing front-end design updates.



The specialist will optimize web pages for performance and accessibility, ensure consistency with brand guidelines, and participate in brainstorming and review sessions to continuously improve user experiences.

Qualifications
Robust skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with the ability to create visually appealing, user-centered layouts across devices.
Proficiency in User Interface Design, focusing on intuitive navigation, clear information hierarchy, and engaging interactions.
Experience with Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to implement and refine design concepts on the web.
Capability in Graphic Design, including working with typography, color, imagery, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Relevant education in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Attention to detail, robust communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with usability and accessibility best practices; experience in animation, motion graphics, or technical visualization is a plus.
