Role & responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
Develop and support RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
Work closely with business and technical teams for solution delivery.
Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
Support period-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Develop and validate data migration and reconciliation processes.
Conduct SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Ensure compliance with Oracle EBS best practices and organization standards.
