Key Responsibilities Engineering Strategy & Architecture
Define and own the engineering strategy for gaming platforms, including backend, frontend, and platform services.
Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems to support real-time gameplay, live events, and peak traffic.
Drive adoption of microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native platforms.
Ensure solid focus on performance, security, fairness, and platform integrity.

Execution & Delivery
Lead multiple engineering teams through Directors, Managers, and Architects.
Establish delivery, quality, and reliability metrics (SLAs, SLOs, uptime, latency).
Oversee sprint planning, releases, production readiness, and incident management.




Own production stability, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

People Leadership & Culture
Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering leadership.
Drive hiring strategy for senior and critical technical roles.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and quick experimentation.
Partner with HR on performance management, succession planning, and org design.

Product & Business Partnership
Collaborate closely with Product, Game Design, Monetization, and Analytics teams.
Translate gameplay and engagement needs into scalable technical solutions.
Balance speed, quality, and player experience in delivery decisions.
Communicate technical roadmap, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership.
