Key Responsibilities
Engage with engineering teams and business stakeholders to understand current business processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and discussions with end users to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
Analyze engineering workflows and map business requirements to PLM functionalities available in CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA, and Teamcenter.
Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, and Technical Requirement Documents for the development team.
Work closely with software developers to explain functional requirements and support implementation throughout the development lifecycle.
Validate developed solutions against business requirements and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Recommend process improvements and automation prospects to enhance engineering productivity and reduce manual activities.
Support implementation of current PLM functionalities, system enhancements, and engineering process digitization initiatives.
Participate in business process mapping, gap analysis, solution design, and change management activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of PLM projects.
