Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
Design responsive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.




Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design processes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
Knowledge of interaction design and animation tools.
Familiarity with user analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
