The role involves sourcing recent relationships, managing credit and legal evaluations, and building strong channel partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of working capital products and a strong service orientation.
Responsibilities
Source and acquire current customer relationships for the bank.
Understand and promote working capital products tailored to agri-business needs.
Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Conduct field investigations and prepare credit appraisal notes.
Scrutinize legal aspects of proposals across the region.
Identify and develop channel partners to consistently achieve business volumes.
