Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Preparation and Support

Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for instrumentation and communication systems.

Support in gathering accurate project requirements and aligning them with client needs.

Collaborate with senior team members to ensure all proposal elements are clearly documented and submitted on time.
Cost Estimation and Analysis

Assist in developing cost estimates by gathering pricing for products and services.

Work with the procurement and sales teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.

Help in comparing vendor quotes and contributing to the cost analysis for proposals.
Product and Technical Knowledge

Build knowledge on Autrols product offerings in instrumentation and communication systems.

Stay updated with current technologies and products in the market relevant to our services.





Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of product specifications and applications.
Understanding and Application of Incoterms

Gain familiarity with incoterms to support proposal accuracy in international trade and logistics.

Assist in coordinating with logistics and procurement teams for international projects.
Documentation and Administrative Tasks

Help organize and maintain proposal documentation, pricing sheets, and project records.

Support senior proposal engineers in finalising presentations, technical write-ups, and other proposal content.

Contribute to maintaining organized archives for easy reference and compliance.
