As part of the HR Shared Services team at AtkinsRéalis' in Bangalore, this role provides proactive and effective HR support to employees and managers across the UK region. The position focuses on managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with regional policies, and delivering high-quality service through tools like Workday and ServiceNow.





The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid administrative capabilities, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach while handling complex HR transactions, resolving queries, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role also involves collaboration with global HR teams, Centres of Excellence, and stakeholders across the UK/ Global Region.
