Job Description

Our Client is seeking a proactive and detail -oriented Content & Email Campaign Executive to manage newsletters, coordinate email marketing campaigns, maintain audience lists, and ensure smooth website content updates using CMS tools. The role requires hands -on experience with platforms such as Raiser’s Edge, Netcore, WordPress, and email execution tools, along with robust coordination and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
Newsletter & Content Management

Design, draft, and manage newsletters for Dean ACR and CSR initiatives using CMS and email platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather content inputs and secure timely approvals.
Email Campaign Execution

Schedule, set up, and execute email campaigns using Netcore, Thunderbird, and Raiser’s Edge.

Ensure segmentation accuracy, error -free configuration, QC checks, and timely send -outs.
Data Handling & List Management

Build and run queries in Raiser’s Edge for targeted audience list generation.

Clean, format, and validate lists as per campaign requirements.





Import and manage final audience lists in Netcore.
Platform & Tool Coordination

Act as the primary POC for Netcore and WordPress -related tasks.

Troubleshoot basic tool issues; collaborate with vendors or tech teams for escalations.
CMS Operations

Upload, update, and manage content using WordPress CMS.

Coordinate with design and development teams for technical enhancements and updates.
Reporting & Analytics

Generate detailed campaign performance reports and website analytics.

Interpret results and provide insights to improve communication and engagement strategies.

Desired Experience & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in email marketing, content management, CRM operations, or similar roles.

Hands -on experience with Raiser’s Edge, Netcore, WordPress, and standard email tools.

Robust knowledge of HTML email basics and CM
