What you’ll do
The role.
Architect and build scalable PHP applications
Review code and mentor junior developers
Own database design and API architecture
Drive best practice in security, testing and performance
Work with project managers and clients to turn requirements into delivery
What we’re looking for
You’ll need.
4–6 years of PHP development, some in a senior or lead capacity
Strong Laravel (or similar), MySQL and REST API design
Experience with Git workflows, code review and MVC architecture
Ability to mentor developers and set standards
Nice to have
DevOps or AWSA front-end frameworkCI/CD pipelines
