Oversee the maintenance, repair, and performance of heavy equipment, including:
Wheel Loaders • Tracker Mountain Loaders • Electric Wheel Loaders • Trackers and other related machinery Monitor equipment health and ensure optimal functionality to support uninterrupted plant operations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and service plans. Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime. Manage equipment breakdowns and ensure prompt resolution through effective troubleshooting and resource allocation. Prepare and submit daily maintenance and performance reports to the Plant Managers. Supervise and lead a team comprising automobile mechanics and helpers, ensuring productive task allocation and quality workmanship. Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintenance best practices. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of spare parts and external service support, where required. Role & responsibilities
