Role & responsibilities
Process Control: Monitor float line quality, conduct product audits, and use Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Defect & Complaint Management: Lead 8D problem-solving, handle customer non-conformances, and run CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) programs.
Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) frameworks.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
