Role & responsibilities
Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) as per NABH/JCI standards.
Ensure policies, SOPs, and protocols are updated and implemented across departments.
Conduct internal audits, compliance monitoring, and safety rounds.
Maintain accreditation documentation and coordinate assessment readiness.
Promote incident reporting and support RCA, FMEA, and CAPA activities.
Monitor patient safety initiatives, including infection control and code management.
Organize quality, patient safety, and compliance training programs.
Collect, analyze, and report quality indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
Monitor patient feedback and support service quality improvement initiatives.
Plan, implement, and monitor Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs).
Participate in risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental safety audits.
Coordinate with clinical and support departments to improve quality processes.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
