Overview of the Manager, Engineering
BETA is a self-clearing securities processing solution for wealth management firms. Built on years of expert knowledge and hands-on experience, BETA provides critical back-office controls including corporate action management, middle office exception management, and front office account management and trading tools for advisors.




We are seeking an Engineering Manager for the Data Delivery team who will own the delivery of production-grade, cloud-hosted data-as-a-service platforms built on Snowflake. This role requires a solid blend of technical leadership, people management, and delivery ownership, with the ability to guide architecture decisions while enabling teams to execute at scale. We thrive on culture of excellence our managers need to be hands-on ; he/she will be the “Owner who can dive deep when required”.
Reporting to the Group Manager, Technology Development, this role has the ownership on developing product(s) within the Data Delivery team. The role will be involved with developing customer facing cloud hosted data as service products. This role necessitates meetings and require heavy collaboration within and across many teams. Our business model is hybrid, working from our Bangalore campus.
