Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to deliver an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve store targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting the right products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Provide product demonstrations and explain features and advantages.
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.

Eligibility Criteria




Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
Experience in Optical, Apparel, Footwear, Electronics, Mobile, QSR, or any organized retail industry is preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
