Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of experience to join our entity. The role requires a robust understanding of accounting principles, global finance processes, and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end accounting, supporting global stakeholders, driving process standardization, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and support monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure activities.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations
Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and reporting
Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with finance policies and timelines
Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits
Leverage Zoho Books for accounting operations, reporting, and process optimization
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial reporting (Ind AS exposure is a plus)
Hands-on experience in taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
Proficiency in Zoho OR ERP or any other finance tool.
Experience in managing reconciliations and book closure activities
Exposure to the IT Industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset
Ability to work with cross-border teams and manage multiple stakeholders
High attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal
