Digishot Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate current business opportunities, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships through field visits and direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Meet potential clients, present company services, and explain value propositions.
Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and competitors.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients.
Follow up on leads and convert them into paying customers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM/software.
Prepare sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product briefings as required.
Requirements
Education: Graduation in any discipline. MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development. Freshers with knowledge of Digital Marketing and solid communication skills may also be considered.
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation abilities, CRM knowledge, and willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
