Role Overview
Delta Capita is seeking experienced ISDA Documentation Negotiators to support our clients across the financial services sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for the end-to-end negotiation and management of OTC derivatives documentation, primarily under the ISDA Master Agreement framework. This is a client-facing contract role requiring solid technical knowledge of derivatives documentation and a commercial understanding of risk management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (CSAs), and related schedules with counterparties including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and corporates.
Draft, review, and redline ISDA documentation including Schedules, Credit Support Annexes (VM and IM), GMRA, GMSLA, and bespoke annexes.
Negotiate ISDA Protocol adherence letters and associated documentation (e.g., EMIR, Dodd-Frank, Margin Reform protocols).
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance, Front Office,



and Operations to ensure documentation aligns with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain documentation pipeline through a deal tracking system; provide regular status updates to senior management.
Respond to counterparty queries and escalate material issues appropriately.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MAS, SEBI, and RBI requirements relevant to derivatives transactions.
Support onboarding of recent counterparties, including KYC coordination and entity classification under applicable regulations.
Assist with the review and implementation of industry-wide documentation initiatives (e.g., ISDA SIMM, UMR, IBOR transition).
Contribute to process improvement and documentation standardisation projects.
