Job Description: We are hiring an International Customer Support Executives for a reputed multinational company in Kolkata. The role
involves handling voice -based interactions with international customers,
resolving queries, and delivering high -quality customer service while meeting
performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls
from international customers
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction on every call
• Document customer interactions and update systems accurately
• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks
• Work collaboratively with internal teams when required

Requirements

• Only Freshers can apply, experienced candidates are not eligible
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline




• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Immediate joiners only
