We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell personal loans, business loans, home loans, and credit cards over the phone. The candidate should have excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Explain the features and advantages of loans and credit card products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products. Convince customers and generate sales while achieving monthly targets. Follow up with interested customers until the application process is completed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Coordinate with the operations team for document collection and application processing.

Skills required:

Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of loans and credit card products.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Positive customer relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
