Role & responsibilities
Provide Prompt, accurate, and skilled support to customers via live chat.
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, accounts, and technical issues.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective written communication.
Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously while ensuring quality & accuracy.
Document customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information.
Identify customer needs & provide appropriate solutions with relevant information.
Escalate complex or unresloved issues to the appropriate terms in a timely manner.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate
6+ months of experience in Customer Service
Excellent communication skills required
Chat handling experience is a plus
