Key Responsibilities:
Conduct teacher training and product orientation sessions.
Support schools in the effective use of digital learning solutions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with school management and stakeholders.
Monitor product usage and recommend academic interventions.
Resolve academic and content-related queries raised by teachers.
Identify upsell and cross-sell prospects within assigned schools.
Manage and guide school coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely reporting.

Qualifications:
