System Configuration: Set up and customize SAP EHS modules (such as Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Product Safety, and Dangerous Goods Management) to match business needs.
Process Analysis: Run fit-gap analyses, map business workflows to SAP S/4HANA best practices, and write functional design specifications.
Testing and Deployment: Execute unit tests, integration tests, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with cutover and post-go-live hypercare.
Integration and Compliance: Ensure smooth data exchange with other SAP modules (like logistics or PM) and maintain accurate reporting for environmental and safety regulations

Required Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 10+ years of hands-on functional experience with SAP EHS / EHSM implementations and support.
Knowledge: Robust understanding of environmental compliance, occupational health and safety, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., REACH, RoHS)
Skills: Robust problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management. A formal SAP EHS certification is often preferred
