Job Responsibility:
Tier -3 Application Support
Production Workplace Daily cron/health monitoring
Coordination with required teams to resolve the issues
Testing related with issue resolutions
IOT application operations and management
Report preparations for observations/ RCA
Grafana, Kibana/API Logs Monitoring and Management
Provide technical support to our customers, displaying a sense of urgency and discipline in making sure cases are updated and we meet our SLA.
