Key Responsibilities
Architecture Ownership & Standards
Design and validate a scalable, productive, and sustainable Salesforce architecture for multi-cloud implementations.
Evaluate proposed solutions for maintainability, extensibility, and long-term viability.
Align all architectural decisions with the Salesforce product roadmap, enterprise architecture principles, and internal standards.
Define configuration standards, design patterns, and guardrails for functional and technical teams.
Cross Functional Solution Design
Review and approve functional designs across workstreams (Sales, Service,



CLM, Integration, Data, RFP, etc.).
Translate business strategies and requirements into holistic Salesforce solutions that balance user experience, performance, and compliance.
Ensure alignment between technical teams, functional SMEs, and business owners to deliver solutions on schedule.
Integration & Data Architecture Collaboration
Partner with the Integration Lead to design robust integration architecture with SAP, Agiloft, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
Validate data flows, API usage, middleware strategy, and integration patterns.
Support data strategy activities, including data migration, mapping, and cleansing (in collaboration with Data Lead and SI).
Governance, Quality, & Technical Leadership
Provide architectural oversight throughout discovery, design, build, testing, and cutover phases.
