MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Safety (ISO26262), Engine and ATS functionalities & Diagnostics vehicle & HIL validation

Responsibilities
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Excellent Exposure in Vehicle/Engine/ATS/Transmission/Drivetrain ECUs ISO26262/ diagnostics validations on vehicle
In depth knowledge of various truck powertrain components and systems, Truck driving license would be added advantage
Willingness to travel frequently to Global test facilities
Validate (MIL, SIL & HIL ) Engine and ATS control software components and ISO safety requirements
Experience in ECU diagnostics validation and Knowledge in protocols ISO14229, ISO15765, SAE J1939, KWP2000, etc.
a. Understanding and working experience in generation and maintenance of ECU CAN DB, Diagnostic Description files (CDD files etc.)
a. In depth understanding of CAN & LIN protocols.

Diagnostics validation & testing
Experience in hardware debugging and setting up Vehicle measurements, oscilloscope/loggers, ECU diagnostic Test Bench set-up’s and HIL setups
Experience in development of ECU Diagnostic Software is added advantage.
Positive Communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
Tools and key skill sets
Hands-on Experience on Vector tools such as CANdela Studio, CANDiva, CANoe,CANape and other OEM specific diagnostic tools.
MATLAB/SIMULINK/STATEFLOW/Embedded C/C++/targetlink
Valuable exposure to configuration management tools like PTC integrity, SVN, Jira, GIT and requirement management tools like DOORS.
